Summarised below are the protective measures we have implemented for all of our safety.

  • One-way systems
    We have implemented a one way system, clearly identified, to guide you through our aftersales area with floor markings to aid with social distancing.
  • Hand sanitiser
    Wall mounted hand sanitiser stations have been provided by all doors with additional bottles available at desks and counters.
  • Protective screens
    We have installed safety screens at all aftersales counters and sales desks.
  • Staff PPE
    All customer facing staff will be wearing face masks when dealing with customers.
  • Pre-booked appointments
    We strongly request pre-booking all aftersales and sales visit to help us to control the number of people within our premises at anytime.

Our team remain committed to the highest standards of workmanship and your continued safety within your vehicle. We have taken the following actions to ensure we comply with the governments Covid-19 guidelines.

  • Vehicle Keys
    We will sanitise your vehicles keys both before and after use by our team. Please only leave vehicle keys with us and remove all unnecessary other keys and key fobs.
  • Staff PPE
    Our aftersales team will wear face masks whilst dealing with customers and our technicians will wear a fresh pair of gloves for every vehicle.
  • Drop off & Collections
    We are taking measures to reduce customers arriving for appointments at the same time with staggered appointments and previous day drop off for our 8.30am appointments wherever possible.
  • Waiting Areas
    You are still welcome to wait within our dealership whilst we work on your vehicle. However, we have moved some seating to maintain social distancing and we have removed reading materials to prevent virus spread.
  • Courtesy Car
    Our courtesy vehicles are cleaned and sanitised before and after use, if you are unable to wait with us.
  • Contactless Payment
    We are currently only accepting card and online payments.

    We now have the facility for a completely paperless transaction with no requirement to physically sign hard copies.
