Design
The latest generation of the Suzuki Ignis sees the iconic car transformed into a crossover SUV with plenty of appeal. On the inside the Suzuki Ignis offers plenty of comfort and space, as well as a modern dashboard that keeps everything in sight for the driver.
Performance
By default, the Ignis comes with a 1.2-litre Mild Hybrid Dualjet petrol engine that offers capable performance - 83 bhp with 107Nm of torque, delivering up to 65.6mpg and emissions of just 114 g/km.(WLTP) Weighing just 895 kg, the Ignis is incredibly nimble and can navigate busy city streets with ease.
Technology
It’s easy to go away on an exciting trip with the Ignis, thanks to the optional ALLGRIP Auto 4-wheel Drive system. Much like the one found in the Suzuki Swift 4x4, the ALLGRIP system alternates between front and rear wheel drive to adapt the vehicle to the road conditions.
By default, the basic SZ3 trim of the Ignis comes with a DAB Radio with Bluetooth capability, 4 speakers, air conditioning and a rear privacy glass. Two other more advanced trims, the SZ-T and SZ5, are available, with the latter adding range-topping features such as LED headlights, Keyless entry/start and Auto Air Conditioning.
Safety
In addition to the front, side and curtain airbags available, the Suzuki Ignis comes with an Anti-Lock Braking System with EBD, an Electronic Stability Program, ISOFIX child seat fittings, Side impact protection beams, and Tyre Pressure Monitoring system. The SZ5 also features Hill hold control and Dual Camera Brake Support.
